Why do my epileptic seizures get more frequent in the winter? - seizures more condition_symptoms

This year and last year my attacks seemed to worsen in the winter, as I am with all of two days rather than once every few months in the summer. Ideas?

  1. They have more fat in your diet during the winter. Try more butter, tuna, peanut butter, etc. I have adults with seizures, which were placed on a ketogenic diet and eat better met.
