Cross Country Ski Summer Training? - roller ski wheels
I train skiing for a while now, and just running / weight training. I recently bought a pair of skates, and I wonder if I could use my cross-country club with my skates and if so, what should I end my posts, whether to increase the metal-stop last minutes on the sidewalk.
Note: You do not want to buy skis with wheels, I do not know.

I just want to wrap the ends with tape. The low cost and can be easily replaced if it disappears.
