yeah i noticed recently I have 3 little red dots on the tip of the penis and into the shaft of my penis that looks like an eruption of small and the skin becomes dry and flaky, and it is a skin rash on the front thats my testicles flacky dry skin. None of that burning, itching, or even bother me if other than that there. Each IDEADE what it is, or what?
