Jprofiler License Can You Run JProfiler Against A Tomcat Windows Service?

Can you run JProfiler against a Tomcat Windows Service? - jprofiler license

I have to remove a Tomcat web application is running on a Windows service on a computer. I have a licensed copy of JProfiler5 and wondered whether it was possible to have a window of downtime? I can not run against a Tomcat service, but for reasons of expediency, I would run disadvantages such as the Windows service.
